Where Angels Play
INDIE ROCK/POP BAND from Morecambe, LANCASHIRE
Formed in mid 2007, WHERE ANGELS PLAY have been rehearsing and gigging the latest modern classics! From Razorlight, The Kooks and Biffy Clyro to Maximo Park, Bloc Party and One Night Only.
The band love nothing more than to play live, and are proud to say they have gone down well in every event so far, always being asked back (which most bands will sympathise is the only true way to know if you were any good). However, they are also concentrating on their original material and recently finished the construction of their studio “The White Room”
Their influences vary, from R&B to Hip - Hop, Rock and Indie Rock, but the band would say they will listen to anything that is worth listening to!
The main goal of Where Angels Play is to get out there, and get noticed, but not just for playing a superb array of cover version, but hopefully for their own original material. This is the central driving force that unites the band and hopefully in late 2008 we should be hearing that creativity, drive and passion on stages everywhere!!!!
